Family Tradition: The Carré family’s farming story began in 1978, when Matthew Carré’s grandfather Lambert Carré established Fosse Au Bois Farm alongside Matthew’s uncle Paul. Matthew’s father joined the business shortly after in 1981, continuing the family legacy. Born in 1988, Matthew grew up surrounded by farming life – with agriculture in his blood from the very beginning. Today, Carré Farms continues that tradition, representing decades of dedication to Jersey’s rural landscape and food culture.
