Heritage Jersey Apple Press is a small-scale, seasonal producer dedicated to protecting and celebrating Jersey’s traditional apple varieties. Founded by garden designer Hans van Oordt, the project grew from a passion for preserving the island’s historic orchards and keeping rare Jersey apples alive for future generations.

Small-batch pressed apple juice made from traditional Jersey apple varieties, bottled to reflect the changing character of the harvest across the season —-early, mid and late pressings, each with its own flavour profile. Pure, 100% apple juice with no added sugar, just honest fruit and island heritage in every bottle.
