About: Founded in 1833, the Royal Jersey Agricultural & Horticultural Society (RJAHS) exists to promote participation, progress and excellence across Jersey’s agricultural and horticultural landscape. A not-for-profit organisation, the Society champions rural heritage, innovation and best practice, while supporting farmers, growers and producers to adapt and thrive in a changing world.

From celebrating the iconic Jersey Cow to hosting the Jersey Farming Conference and the Royal Jersey Show, the Society plays a vital role in protecting the island’s natural bounty and farming traditions — while keeping them relevant for future generations.
