Ideal raw in salads, salsas, and sandwiches, or cooked in roasting, caramelising, grilling, and pickling. Excellent in sauces, curries, stews, and as a base for many savoury dishes.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate whole onions. Once cut, refrigerate in a sealed container and use within 2-3 days.
