Clonard ribeye steaks are perfect grilled, pan-fried, or cooked over the BBQ until beautifully browned and cooked to your liking.
Serve with buttery Jersey Royals, chunky chips, sautéed mushrooms, seasonal greens, or a fresh tomato and onion salad.
