This traditional spread is crafted using the fruit and peel of Seville oranges, giving it a tangy and bittersweet flavor that is perfect for any breakfast or brunch. The charateristic caramel colour and rich flavour of a traditional Oxford Marmalade is obtained by cutting the fvruit coarsely and cooking it for several hours before adding the sugar.
