Their Story: What started as a holiday conversation over a gelato in Spain became a mission to bring truly handcrafted gelato to Jersey. Founder Kamil Bandurski trained in traditional gelato-making before launching Soft Spot, combining his creative background with a passion for exceptional flavour.
