Their Story: What started as a holiday conversation over a gelato in Spain became a mission to bring truly handcrafted gelato to Jersey. Founder Kamil Bandurski trained in traditional gelato-making before launching Soft Spot, combining his creative background with a passion for exceptional flavour. Today, every batch is churned fresh in Jersey using local milk, seasonal ingredients and an unwavering commitment to quality—proving that the best ideas often begin with a simple scoop of ice cream.
