Tucked away at the head of a secluded valley on Jersey’s north coast, Fungi Delecti is a family-run business supplying some of the island’s most respected kitchens with exceptional produce and specialist ingredients. Founded in 1996 by Mick and Jean Racjan, the business began with the traditional Japanese cultivation of shiitake mushrooms – a craft that remains at the heart of what they do today.
