Each pot contains 4 x 12.5g disks.
Melt one disk over hot grilled fish, prawns, scallops or lobster just before serving.
Works well with:
Jersey Royals or new potatoes
Steamed rice or noodles

Roasted vegetables or sweet potato
Corn on the cob
Pak choi, greens or mushrooms
For BBQs, place one disk on top of freshly cooked meat, fish or vegetables and allow it to melt naturally.
Use one disk per portion, or add extra for a richer finish.
