This small-batch jam starts with Lomah Farm fennel, slowly cooked down with fresh oranges and soft brown sugar to bring out its natural sweetness. Apple cider vinegar adds a clean, bright edge, while fresh chilli, ancho and fennel seeds layer in warmth and gentle heat. Finished with Jersey sea salt and a splash of rapeseed oil, it’s bold, balanced and built to cut through rich meats, cheeses and roasted veg.
