Rich chocolate brownie with Manor Farm beetroot, whipped egg whites and a warm Jersey double cream chocolate sauce.
4 in stock
This is a deeply chocolatey brownie with a clever twist. Manor Farm beetroot brings natural sweetness and moisture, while whipped Hamptonne Farm egg whites keep things light and fudgy. Made with dark chocolate, cocoa and Blanc Pignon butter, then finished with a glossy chocolate sauce built on Jersey double cream and dark chocolate curls. Naturally indulgent, quietly clever, and completely addictive.
