Our Jersey Bean Crock is a reimagined island classic, built around slow-cooked butter beans, black eyed peas, haricot and cannellini beans, layered with rich smoked ham hock and Brooklands Farm pork shoulder. Finished with An Gort Farm thyme and bay leaf, this is proper comfort food with deep, smoky flavour and a nod to Jersey tradition.
