Our gluten-free Banana Bread is made with plenty of bananas, Jersey natural yoghurt and Hamptonne Farm eggs, with brown sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of Jersey sea salt bringing everything together.
Gently sweet, soft and comforting – ideal warmed up for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up or a pudding moment with a spoonful of yoghurt.

Serve warm with Jersey double cream, crème anglaise, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
