These vibrant pickled chillies are crafted from fresh red and green long chillies grown at Three Oaks Vineries. Sliced and steeped in a sharp cider vinegar brine, they’re balanced with soft brown sugar, garlic and a blend of warming spices – mustard, cumin, turmeric and a touch of Jersey Sea Salt. The result is a lively, aromatic heat that adds sparkle to tacos, curries, rice dishes, sandwiches, grazing boards or anything needing a little zing. Bright, bold and beautifully local.
